Carol Alexander began her career in real estate 20 years ago after spending the previous ten years in mortgage lending. A Licensed Real Estate Broker, she is a graduate of Cordova High School and attended Walker College and Bevill State. Charlotte Pugh is a graduate of Holly Pond High School in Cullman County. Prior to the real estate business she was employed with the Baptist Health Systems in the marketing department. Kim was born in Myrtle Beach AFB, South Carolina. Her father, SMSGT Robert House was career U.S. Air Force for 26 years. The military allowed the family to live in several states and countries, which was a wonderful educational experience.  Her family is originally form Walker County and decided to settle here after her fathers' retirement.  Kim graduated from Walker High School where she was active in many sports and activities.

She loves her role as step mom to Mark's three children, Emily, age 24, Clayton, age 23 and Sarah, age 20. She is very proud of her family, which includes four cats at home, four cats at Mark's office and their dog, Sally. Karen enjoys spending time with her husband, pampering her pets, gardening and playing BUNKO with her neighbors. She is very excited about this new endeavor in her life and will be joining our team as a FULL TIME AGENT. Pam Waid - Realtor

Pam Waid is a gradute of Lynn High School and attended Northwest Junior College, Athens State College, UAB Walker College and The American Institute of Banking of Birmingham.  She has lived in Lynn most of her life.  Until
about six years ago when she and her husband Tim moved to Double Springs near Cornith Recreation Area of Smith Lake.  The Waid's built a house on their cattle farm and made that their home.  Pam is a complex person who has worn many hats during her working career, which include direct sales, substitute teacher, banking at First National Bank of Jasper and First National Bank of Hamilton, Instructional Aide for Winston County School System, and the most trying and rewarding job of all has been being a mother and gran. Tim, on the other hand, has been in the automobile industry of Walker County for the past
seventeen years as a salesman.  He is presently working for John Crump Mazda. The Waid's have been married for thirty one years and they are the proud parents of one daughter, Kristi, and one grandaughter, Graci, who is nine years old. The Waid's are members of Old Enon Baptist Church in Lynn. 

Denise Wiygul - Realtor

Denise Wiygul is a full time agent and is thrilled to be part of the White Pepper team. She is a Birmingham native and grew up in the western part of Jefferson County. She attended Minor High School and Samford University. She has worked as a Civil Service employee with the Social Security Administration, a second grade teacher for the past eleven years and now excited to branch into a new career with real estate. She loves working with people and comes from a background of the home building business. Denise and her husband Phillip moved to the Jasper area two years ago and live in Arley on Smith Lake. They both are active members at Mt. Vernon Baptist Church in Curry. They have two daughters who live in Birmingham. Denise is a member of the Walker Board of Realtors, Alabama Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
