Brian is the son of Jimmie Alexander (retired from Taft Coal Sales) and Carol Alexander (co-owner of White Pepper Real Estate). After graduating from Walker High School, he attended and graduated from Berry College in Rome, Georgia with a B.S. in Sports Management and a minor in business. While at Berry College, Brian was the starting center fielder for the Berry Vikings baseball team. Since graduation, he has managed Hibbett Sporting Goods in Brook Highland, sold building supplies to contractors, and supervised work crews building homes in the Birmingham area. Carol Alexander began her career in real estate 20 years ago after spending the previous ten years in mortgage lending. A Licensed Real Estate Broker, she is a graduate of Cordova High School and attended Walker College and Bevill State. Carol is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Alabama Association of Realtors, Walker Board of Realtors, and the Pilot Club of Jasper. Linda Baniel - Realtor

Linda Baniel and her husband, Ron, happily relocated to Smith Lake in June of 2008 from southern Florida where they lived with their four children for the past 18 years. Linda received a B.A. in Sociology from Seton Hall University and an M.B.A. in marketing from Fairleigh Dickinson University, both in New Jersey where she spent her youth. Upon graduating college she obtained her real estate license in New Jersey, but didn’t pursue that career path until 2004 when she obtained her real estate license in Florida. She has recently retained her reciprocal real estate license for Alabama and is thrilled to be working with the Smith Lake Branch Office of White Pepper Real Estate.

Highlights of her career emphasize a diversity of abilities, for example, over 20 years in management in the media industry specializing in media ratings; tv, radio and newspaper utilizing extensive work experience in market research…an adjunct professor for Keiser College teaching marketing, exemplifying teaching abilities…sales experience, both as a licensed real estate agent and as a furniture sales associate.

However, the real estate market has always been her passion, and she has attended numerous seminars and workshops on real estate investments, foreclosures, 1031 exchanges, taking 401K’s and turning them into self-directed IRA’s, as well as property management. She has managed her own investment properties, represented buyers and sellers, handled short-term and long-term rentals, and works with investors interested in mountain and lake properties in Alabama and the Blue Ridge Mountains of Georgia. Her family recently joined Bethany Baptist Church in Crane Hill where they currently reside. Jennifer Banks is a graduate of Walker High School and received a B.S. degree from the University of North Alabama. She is an active Member of First Baptist Church where she serves as Vacation Bible School Preschool Director. Lisa Trammell Wolfe - Realtor

I am a full time Smith Lake Resident & a full time Smith Lake Realtor. I was born in Birmingham, Alabama and raised in Adamsville with one older sister. I graduated from Minor High School in 1979 and married Rex Trammell in 1980. I worked for 13 years in accounting until I got my real estate license in 1993. We had always been weekenders on the lake and decided to make Smith Lake our primary home in 1997. Rex passed away from cancer in 2006 and I later married Barry Wolfe. Roger is very familiar with the lake and what you should know and understand before making your purchase. He is a graduate of the University of South Alabama with a BS in Electrical Engineering. He worked in the engineering and construction arena for 30 years. Roger is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Alabama Association of Realtors and the Walker Board of Realtors. He is a member of the Mt. Vernon Baptist Church. Roger is married to Ginger Treglown, CPA who is a UA graduate and co-owner in Stewart-Treglown PC. They have two sons and daughter-in-laws and six grandchildren. One son, Randy is co-owner of American Fire Protection and the other son, Jeffrey is a licensed home builder, building primarily in the Birmingham area. They enjoy long boat rides and teaching their grandchildren to ski, tube and ride the hydro-slide.

Karen Turner - Broker - Winfield Office

Karen joined White Pepper in 2004, received her Associate Broker license in 2007 and is now the Broker at our newest White Pepper location in Winfield. Karen is a Birmingham native but moved to the Jasper/Smith Lake area nine years ago. She is married to Mark Turner, a Jasper Attorney. The Turners attend First Baptist Church Gardendale where she sings in the choir and works as a camera operator in their Media Ministry. She loves her role as step mom to Mark's three children, Emily, age 29, Clayton, age 28 and Sarah, age 24 as well as their other “children”-- two dogs and five cats. Karen enjoys spending time with her husband, pampering her pets, gardening and playing BUNKO with her neighbors. Pam Waid - Realtor

Pam Waid is a gradute of Lynn High School and attended Northwest Junior College, Athens State College, UAB Walker College and The American Institute of Banking of Birmingham.  She has lived in Lynn most of her life.  Until
about six years ago when she and her husband Tim moved to Double Springs near Cornith Recreation Area of Smith Lake.  The Waid's built a house on their cattle farm and made that their home.  Pam is a complex person who has worn many hats during her working career, which include direct sales, substitute teacher, banking at First National Bank of Jasper and First National Bank of Hamilton, Instructional Aide for Winston County School System, and the most trying and rewarding job of all has been being a mother and gran. Tim, on the other hand, has been in the automobile industry of Walker County for the past
seventeen years as a salesman.  He is presently working for John Crump Mazda. The Waid's have been married for thirty one years and they are the proud parents of one daughter, Kristi, and one grandaughter, Graci, who is nine years old. The Waid's are members of Old Enon Baptist Church in Lynn. 

Denise Wiygul - Realtor

Denise Wiygul is a full time agent and is thrilled to be part of the White Pepper team. She is a Birmingham native and grew up in the western part of Jefferson County. She attended Minor High School and Samford University. She has worked as a Civil Service employee with the Social Security Administration, a second grade teacher for the past eleven years and now excited to branch into a new career with real estate. She loves working with people and comes from a background of the home building business. Denise and her husband Phillip moved to the Jasper area two years ago and live in Arley on Smith Lake. They both are active members at Mt. Vernon Baptist Church in Curry. They have two daughters who live in Birmingham.
