Brian Alexander - Broker - Downtown Office

Brian is the son of Jimmie Alexander (retired from Taft Coal Sales) and Carol Alexander (co-owner of White Pepper Real Estate). After graduating from Walker High School, he attended and graduated from Berry College in Rome, Georgia with a B.S. in Sports Management and a minor in business. While at Berry College, Brian was the starting center fielder for the Berry Vikings baseball team. Since graduation, he has managed Hibbett Sporting Goods in Brook Highland, sold building supplies to contractors, and supervised work crews building homes in the Birmingham area. Along the way, he attained a contractor’s license and is a FULL TIME licensed real estate agent in the State of Alabama with membership in the Walker Board of Realtors, Alabama Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors . Carol Alexander - Broker - Smith Lake Office

Carol Alexander began her career in real estate 20 years ago after spending the previous ten years in mortgage lending. A Licensed Real Estate Broker, she is a graduate of Cordova High School and attended Walker College and Bevill State. Carol is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Alabama Association of Realtors, Walker Board of Realtors, and the Pilot Club of Jasper. She has served as Secretary of the Alabama District of Pilot International, International Youth Coordinator for Pilot International and International Compass Area Leader. Linda Baniel - Realtor

Linda Baniel and her husband, Ron, happily relocated to Smith Lake in June of 2008 from southern Florida where they lived with their four children for the past 18 years. Linda received a B.A. in Sociology from Seton Hall University and an M.B.A. in marketing from Fairleigh Dickinson University, both in New Jersey where she spent her youth. Upon graduating college she obtained her real estate license in New Jersey, but didn’t pursue that career path until 2004 when she obtained her real estate license in Florida. She has recently retained her reciprocal real estate license for Alabama and is thrilled to be working with the Smith Lake Branch Office of White Pepper Real Estate.

Highlights of her career emphasize a diversity of abilities, for example, over 20 years in management in the media industry specializing in media ratings; tv, radio and newspaper utilizing extensive work experience in market research…an adjunct professor for Keiser College teaching marketing, exemplifying teaching abilities…sales experience, both as a licensed real estate agent and as a furniture sales associate.

However, the real estate market has always been her passion, and she has attended numerous seminars and workshops on real estate investments, foreclosures, 1031 exchanges, taking 401K’s and turning them into self-directed IRA’s, as well as property management. She has managed her own investment properties, represented buyers and sellers, handled short-term and long-term rentals, and works with investors interested in mountain and lake properties in Alabama and the Blue Ridge Mountains of Georgia. Her current goal is to transition her management, marketing, research and sales skills capitalizing on her previous work experience into a new and even more exciting career in real estate at Smith Lake.

Her family recently joined Bethany Baptist Church in Crane Hill where they currently reside. Clayton Blackwood - Associate Broker

Clayton has many years in the real estate industry, licensed since 1985, mostly selling in the Decatur area but also selling on Smith Lake. He and his wife, Sheila have spent several years as part-time residents of Smith Lake, but have enjoyed living fulltime on the lake since 2000.

Clayton has the GRI designation (Graduate Realtors Institute), has National Broker Management Training, Member of the National Association of Realtors, the Walker County Board of Realtors, and the Walker Multiple Listing Service and a member of the Alabama Association of Realtors, the Alabama Homebuilders Association and holds an Alabama Home Builder's license.

Clayton has spent part of his career as a commercial real estate investor and offers his expertise in real estate investments and second homes, as well as primary residents. He was a member of the Lifetime Million Dollar Club of Morgan County and is a member of the Million Dollar Club of Walker County.

He is a member of Meek Baptist Church in Arley. His hobbies include hunting, fishing, and water sports. Hunting activities often give him time with his sons, which he loves. He also loves spending time with his three grandchildren. Clayton and Sheila's sons are Brett, Marty and Justin. All three are married, two live near Decatur and one lives with his wife and daughter, Anna, in St. Croix, USVI. Sandra Deason brings over 14 years experience to White Pepper Real Estate. Prior to the real estate business she worked in the field of banking at South Trust Bank in Birmingham and First National Bank in Jasper. She also worked in the Jasper City School System. Kristi Ingle - Realtor

Kristi Ingle is the daughter of Kyle Ingle from Jasper and Angie Hutcheson from Haleyville. She is also the granddaughter of James and Billie Jo Ingle.

After graduating from Walker High School, she attended Bevill State where she received an Associate Degree in Business Administration. David came into the world as a "Navy Brat". He attended six elementary schools, three high schools, and two colleges. He received a BS in Real Estate from the University of Alabama. Following graduation, he served five years in the U.S. Army with tours of duty on Okinawa and in Vietnam. David then entered the banking profession in 1970. During the sixteen years working for SouthTrust Bank, five were as the Senior Loan Officer in Cullman and five were as the President in Jasper. Francine Swarts - Associate Broker

Lisa Trammell Wolfe - Realtor

I am a full time Smith Lake Resident & a full time Smith Lake Realtor. I was born in Birmingham, Alabama and raised in Adamsville with one older sister. I graduated from Minor High School in 1979 and married Rex Trammell in 1980. I worked for 13 years in accounting until I got my real estate license in 1993. We had always been weekenders on the lake and decided to make Smith Lake our primary home in 1997. Rex passed away from cancer in 2006 and I later married Barry Wolfe. His wife also passed away in 2006. Together we have six children. Barry was also raised in Adamsville and graduated from Minor High School. He has worked for USF Holland for over 20 years. Pam Waid - Realtor

Pam Waid is a gradute of Lynn High School and attended Northwest Junior College, Athens State College, UAB Walker College and The American Institute of Banking of Birmingham.  She has lived in Lynn most of her life.  Until
about six years ago when she and her husband Tim moved to Double Springs near Cornith Recreation Area of Smith Lake.  The Waid's built a house on their cattle farm and made that their home.  Pam is a complex person who has worn many hats during her working career, which include direct sales, substitute teacher, banking at First National Bank of Jasper and First National Bank of Hamilton, Instructional Aide for Winston County School System, and the most trying and rewarding job of all has been being a mother and gran.
